What’s Included: • Up to 4 Personalized Planning Meetings: Strategic sessions to guide your vision, review ideas, and ensure your wedding stays on track. • Vendor Recommendations & Booking Assistance: Access to trusted, vetted vendors; we’ll assist with reaching out, reviewing contracts, and coordinating bookings. • Décor Styling Plan + Rental Integration: A cohesive design plan tailored to your theme and style. • Month-of Coordination: Full-day support to execute your wedding day flawlessly: timeline management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving on-site. • Budget Guidance: Help you stay on track financially by providing cost-saving tips, prioritization, and tracking. • Timeline Creation: A detailed, customized timeline from setup to teardown ensuring a seamless flow of events. • RSVP & Guest List Management Assistance: Optional support with tracking RSVPs, meal counts, and special requests. This service is quoted individually to best reflect the scale and detail of your wedding. Most couples can expect to invest between $1300-1800
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to be flexible. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms below: • Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once a session has been completed or if a cancellation occurs after the 24-hour window. • Rescheduling: To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to move your session to a new time, based on availability. • Emergencies: We understand unexpected situations can arise. In cases of genuine emergency, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other couples we serve.
