Our Month-of Magic package ensures everything unfolds seamlessly, so you can be fully present with your loved ones! What’s Included: - 1-3 in-depth planning meeting 4–6 weeks before your wedding to review details, finalize logistics, and ensure nothing is overlooked - Customized wedding day timeline and vendor confirmations - Full day-of coordination (YES! You have us all day!) to oversee every detail and keep the day on track - On-site management of décor setup and teardown to bring your vision to life exactly as you imagined - Point of contact for all vendors, guests, and the wedding party, so you don’t have to answer a single logistical question - Unlimited texting, emailing, and calling during office hours (Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) Ideal For: Couples who have completed most of the planning but want a professional to ensure the day runs flawlessly. Pricing: This service is quoted individually to reflect the scale and detail of each wedding. Most couples can expect to invest $1,500-3,000.
