Service Description
You’ve poured your heart into planning every detail, now it’s time to let go of the stress and simply enjoy your day. Our Month-of Magic package ensures that everything you’ve worked so hard to plan unfolds seamlessly, so you can be fully present with your loved ones. What’s Included: • A final in-depth planning meeting 4-6 weeks before your wedding to review details, finalize logistics, and ensure nothing is overlooked. • Creation of a customized wedding day timeline and communication with all vendors to confirm arrival times and responsibilities. • Full day-of coordination (8–10 hours) to oversee every detail and keep the day on track. • On-site management of décor setup and teardown, ensuring your vision is brought to life exactly as you imagined. • Point of contact for all vendors, guests, and the wedding party, so you don’t have to answer a single logistical question on your big day! Ideal For: Couples who’ve done the planning but need a professional to bring it all together and make sure the day runs flawlessly. This service is quoted individually to best reflect the scale and detail of your wedding. Most couples can expect to invest between $800-1300.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to be flexible. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms below: • Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once a session has been completed or if a cancellation occurs after the 24-hour window. • Rescheduling: To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to move your session to a new time, based on availability. • Emergencies: We understand unexpected situations can arise. In cases of genuine emergency, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other couples we serve.
