Cancellation Policy
At Stringtied Planning & Rentals, we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness and care for our curated, limited-quantity items. Please review our policy for all rentals, including brass candlestick holders and other décor items: • Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Your Event: You may cancel your rental at any time more than 48 hours before your event with no fee. Any payments or deposits made will be fully refunded. • Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Your Event: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event will incur a $75 cancellation fee. This fee helps cover preparation, cleaning, and holding items exclusively for your event. This policy ensures clarity and fairness while allowing us to maintain the quality and availability of our curated rental items for all clients.
