Contracts and negotiations are handled for you. • Budget Management: Detailed tracking and guidance to ensure your wedding stays within budget while prioritizing what matters most. • Design Concept + Execution: Full wedding design, from concept boards to final décor, including table settings, floral arrangements, lighting, signage, and custom touches. • Timeline Creation & Management: A comprehensive wedding timeline covering everything from setup to teardown, ensuring a smooth and stress-free day. • Rehearsal & Day-of Coordination: Full support for the rehearsal and wedding day, including vendor coordination, timeline management, troubleshooting, and ceremony flow. • Guest Communication Support: Assistance with RSVPs, meal counts, seating charts, and special requests. • Stationery & Décor Consultation: Guidance on invitations, programs, signage, and other design elements. • On-Site Supervision: We handle setup, décor placement, and vendor arrival coordination to ensure everything looks perfect. • Day-of Emergency Kit: Essentials like safety pins, stain removers, first aid items, and tools to handle any last-minute issues. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to be flexible. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms below: • Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once a session has been completed or if a cancellation occurs after the 24-hour window. • Rescheduling: To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to move your session to a new time, based on availability. • Emergencies: We understand unexpected situations can arise. In cases of genuine emergency, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other couples we serve.
